Women’s Health — Planned Parenthood

The chance of getting breast cancer in the overall US population is 12.5% over the course of a woman’s lifetime.  Whether abortion increases the risk of breast cancer is something that is medically disputed. However the impact of abortion on cervical cancer is less so.  Each year 7.5 women per 100,000 will contract cervical cancer.  Cervical-Cancer

Among women who have had one abortion that risk is 2.3 times higher than the risk in the general population.   For those women 17.25 out of every 100,000 will get cervical cancer. Based on the fact that Planned Parenthood performed 300,000 abortions last year 45 women more per year will contract cervical cancer.  Roughly a quarter of those women will not survive.  Some studies suggest an 5 fold increase of cervical cancer among post abortive women which would mean an extra 90 cases per year.  Roughly 20 of those cases will be fatal.

Do you think this information is given to Planned Parenthood’s often young and vulnerable clients?    Beyond the immediate medical risks associated with abortion there are a host of long term life risks.  I would think that this information should be widely distributed and given to clients seeking abortion services.  Even if you believe it is a women’s right to chose, they need to know what they are choosing.  It may well not be what they think.

For many the immediate convenience of not having to try and raise a child outweighs the effort to carry to term and either attempt to raise the child or have it adopted.  The long term consequences to the physical and mental health of the client have long been ignored in this space.   For many those consequences are far worse than having a child that they ultimately love and who loves them.  For some the consequence is an early grave.  There is tremendous research to support this.

For me I would do everything in my power to make abortion unnecessary and undesirable. Learn more at Sav-a-Life Shelby.  Or sponsor me for the walk dedicated to changing women’s minds and helping them succeed in life.

Raising Healthy Kids

Planned Parenthood has a program designed to promote ‘Sexual and Reproductive Health‘ among teenagers.   Similar to previous programs designed to promote ‘Safe Sex’ with condom giveaways this program, called Teen Advocates For Sexual Health’ will result in more unwanted teen pregnancies and a further explosion of STDs.  Of course, the more teen pregnancies there are, the more profit Planned Parenthood makes.

If the message to teens is that all sex is ok, you just have to be safe while participating sounds good to you, I would suggest examining both the audience and past results.  The condom giveaway program with counseling created two additional unwanted pregnancies per 1000 women.   2014 was a bumper year for STDs.  Clearly telling  young as yet to mature people that casual sex is OK is not the best method of raising responsible kids.  Whether or not kids choose to have sex in more committed arrangements and whether or not they do so safely is a function of maturity.  There is no way 14 and 15 year olds have the maturity to make those decisions.

Still, that fact has not kept Planned Parenthood from promoting this is schools.  The message that abstinence it a valid choice for young people is laughed at.  Yet, abstinence is 100% effective in preventing unwanted pregnancies and 100% effective at stopping the spread of STDs.    Abstinence also allows kids to mature so they can make intelligent decisions.

The argument that they will do it anyway is a self full-fulfilling one.  Providing the means, such as birth control pills or condoms tells young people that they should have sex no matter the consequence.  The study above and the proliferation of STDs shows the consequence.  Is Planned Parenthood willing to council all those with now life long afflictions that it was a good choice?  Some of those STDs are HIV or viruses that cause cancer.   That is the unintended consequence of this type of program.

At what point will society realize that most children are really not capable evaluating when it is safe to have sex and most children are not mature enough to take all the proper precautions.   The data proves this and schools have no business allowing this type of program in their doors.

Impact Your World

One of the arguments put forward to justify the abortion mills that are still very much a part of modern day Americana is that these facilities provide safe, easy access to abortion.  This was not true for Lakisha Wilson.  Her second trimester abortion procedure resulted in her death.  From the history of the Gosnell Clinic in Philadelphia to this case the botched abortion, the maiming and death of young women continues to this day.

So what can you do to stop this carnage?  Yes, amazing enough you can help! I am sponsoring a team for the walk for zero for Shelby   Sav-A-Life.  We are striving for zero abortions in Shelby county by 2020.   If you will pledge for the team and come out an walk at Valleydale Church on April 9th you can have a huge impact on reducing the death and damage done by abortions in Alabama.   You don’t have to walk, but there are raffle prizes if you do.  The pledge will be huge.

Please contact me  at 205-585-9244 or message me to make a pledge.  It is the most important thing you can do to help young women choose life and your contribution will preserve the life of both mothers and babies.

Abortion: Quality Care — Personal Health Implications

The University of California has published an educational course called Abortion: Quality Care and Public Health Implications.  This course focusing on the clinical aspects of abortion professes to be helping improve knowledge and access to safe abortion care.   The course promotes access to abortions from conception to past the first trimester.    There is no such thing as a ‘safe abortion’.  Even if the procedure itself is safe, and we will discuss that in a minute, the impact of the act on the psyche of the woman having the abortion cannot be fixed.  No matter how many times the women tells herself is was just a mass of tissue, in the back of her mind, she knows it was a life she killed.  All voluntary abortions are murder.  No one can live with that and be unaffected.

If a miscarriage is devastating.  How much more so is choosing an abortion.  The course almost admits this with a section titled:

Relationship between early pregnancy loss care and abortion care.

They essentially admit that this is an emotionally devastating event.  There is no course section on counselling the woman to not have an abortion because it will devastate her and emotionally cripple her for life.

Over the past couple of years a few stories have come out about abortion mills such as the one in Cleveland or the one in Kansas, killing babies even after a live birth.  The treatment of the women in these facilities in terms of sanitation was also deemed well below the standard for medical care.  Each of these facilities is purely designed as a killing factory.  If the medical providers care nothing for the baby’s life, how can anyone expect that the mother’s life is important.  For that reason, there is no facility offering abortion services that can be expected to truly care for women.    A death mills care not for any of its patients only its patient’s money.  If you doubt that look at Planned Parenthood’s profit and loss statement.

How often do these facilities council women that their  risk of breast cancer will increase?  Perhaps we should put a warning label on the forceps.  It would say, “Caution, this procedure can cause breast cancer in older women, and is known to cause irreparable emotional damage.”  I wonder if the whole truth were given, if there would be a fraction of these procedures.

Instead of praising a course like the one mentioned, we should condemn it as promoting the death agenda.  It is the same agenda promoted by eugenicists killing minority and poor children in far greater numbers than those wealth and influence.  It is a holocaust in its own right.   If we had a course teaching the value of life instead  our world would be a far better place.

Aborted Fetus Holds Key to the Survival of Humanity

A  girl, just 16 years old from Meridian, MS had gotten her friend to drive her to Tuscaloosa.  They went to  the Planned Parenthood Clinic.  The physician that saw the girl ran two practices, a traditional OB/GYN practice and next door two days a week, an abortion clinic.   Over the course of a year his clinic, the West Alabama Abortion Clinic would perform over 3000 abortions.  All the girl had to do was to sign a few papers and pay and her fetus was forever discarded.  She had been told it was a mass of tissue with no value.  In her heart she had never believed that, but still it was the lie that let her convince herself that this was OK.  For the next few years she had gone about her life, graduated college, gotten  a job with the state of Mississippi and it looked like her future was bright.

When travelling with the Mississippi trade delegation to Southeast Asia she contracted a rare form of the bird flu. This strain had killed everyone that had become infected.  Although she languished in a hospital is Seoul, South Korea for over a month she had come through.  She had survived. Something about her immune system had allowed her to survive.  According to the doctors her  immune system held the key to survival from this disease.  Upon her return to the states she had been contacted regarding genetic testing to determine what part of her genome enabled her to overcome this disease.

Unfortunately, a car wreck and subsequent cremation resulted in their being no usable samples of her DNA for study.  When they asked her family if she had any children, the answer was no.   A short time later, that strain of bird flu hit the United States and the death toll was 100% for everyone infected.  Has the woman survived or had she had her baby millions might have been saved.

Of course, the above scenario is fictional,  but the damage to the gene pool from unbridled abortions cannot be measured.  The truth behind this trend dates back to Francis Galton and the Eugenics movement.

The Smithsonian Magazine this week hailed the scientific achievements of Francis Galton while almost completely glossing over his role as the father of modern day eugenics.  He studied human intelligence with the goal of improving the race by eliminating those that lacked sufficient intelligence. Margaret Sanger the founder of Planned Parenthood subscribed to the same philosophy.   Although they would never admit it, many of today’s 21st century leaders subscribe to the idea that you can improve human kind by eliminating those of less than average intelligence.

For the Nazis, they decided the traits they thought were inferior were embodied in the Jewish race.  So, they went about the business of genocide.  As time went on they added Catholics and others to the list of the inferior.  After the fact, the world determined that killing adults and ethnic cleansing/genocide was a horrible crime.  That did not stop the Hutus from killing Tutsis in Rwanda.  It did not stop the slaughter of Serbs in Croatia. Each time genocide is justified by the killers. The theories of Francis Galton are cited as justification for mass killing.

After WWII the eugenics supporters went underground, but that has not kept them from causing carnage in America.  Look at the placement of Planned Parenthood clinics or the abortion statistics in Mississippi.   The result though has not been an improvement in the human race, but just the opposite.  Its unintended consequences have been the devaluing of all life, and the destruction of the nuclear family, even more so in the African-American community where there have been a disproportionate number of abortions.

Those bent on improving the human race through infanticide or genocide are filled with an unparalleled pride in themselves.  They are professing to understand what the implications of eliminating parts of the human genome will be, not just next year but 100’s of years hence.  What a God complex is that.?   Every past genocide has been viewed by history as the act of madmen.  The unbridled killing of fetuses will be seen the same way 100 years from now.  Missing elements in the human genome screened out by today’s abortion mills may hold the key to the survival of the human race.  Yet those killing babies today would never acknowledge that.    They are playing Russian Roulette with the future of humanity.

Abortion… Education.. Freedom

I do not understand why African-Americans are not furious about the abortion statistics in the State of Mississippi.  With only 37% of the population as African-American, 72% of the abortions are of African-American babies.  How is it that this population is being culled and no one speaks up.    During the 15 years between 1995 and 2010 over 39,000 abortions of African-America babies took place in Mississippi.  (Today the carnage continues even though in much of Mississippi there are no abortion clinics so pregnant women are going to Alabama and Louisiana)    How many successful, happy and productive members of society will not be there to support communities in Mississippi because of this?  Is this why so many in Mississippi live in poverty?

Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood was clear in her writings that her goal was to cull what she felt were undesirable genetic traits.  She personally believed that African-Americans were inferior.  Her quotes bear this out.    Even though some texts try to put a soft touch on this, some of the things she said could be interpreted as her wanting to eliminate “Black People”.   She known for her rabid eugenicist’s views.    No matter how you view the modern planned parenthood, it is clear from the results that Ms. Sanger’s views are being implemented in Mississippi.  Look at the placement of Planned Parenthood clinics.  In what neighborhoods are they most prevalent? The facts are irrefutable.  A whole generation of African-Americans does not exist it the State.  Although advertised as preventing unwanted babies, and a way to promote economic freedom, the result in Mississippi is more poverty than in almost any other state.

According the Annie E Casey Foundation 23.5 percent of the population lives in poverty and the median household income in Mississippi is just over $20,000.  The mantra from the pro-abortion folk has been that abortion increases woman’s freedom, makes it possible for her to get an education and keeps her from being held back by the burden of having a child.  Looking at Mississippi, which is just a mirror of the change happening across America, would anyone conclude that the promotion of abortion is improving the lives of anyone in Mississippi.

What about the argument that more women are gaining access to education because of abortion?  It is true that the percent of Mississippians with college degrees has gone up in the years from 1995 to 2006.  At that point only 18 percent of the population had a college degree.  The result is paltry and the education promoted in not leading to more stable lives and lifestyles.

It seems to me, that if I saw my community being whittled away by the encouragement of abortion, I would step up and say that this approach to our young women is not working.  They are not enjoying stable, prosperous family lives.  Their economic opportunity is not exploding into something that resembles success.  Their children are not growing up and adding to stable families and extended families. I would look at the message that killing babies is good for the community and I would look at the facts.  If the two do not match, change the message.

Planned Parenthood and much of the government today does not promote stable families.  Stable families destroy poverty and the abortion industry. They are not dependent on government and are less influenced by those in power.  They support their members getting an education and their members as they work their way toward prosperity.   True freedom comes from economic success.  Abortion does not provide that, it provides the opposite.  It drags the whole community into long term poverty.
