Media Questions — Keystone Pipeline

Even major unions are calling Obama’s decision to delay the Keystone pipeline a spineless politically motivated decision.  It is a shame that not only on the Keystone pipeline but a whole host of ill advised energy policy decisions have occurred during the Obama administration and the media has given the administration a complete and inexcusable pass.  Let’s explore questions that should be asked. 

Keystone pipeline: 

Even after multiple environmental studies showing its safety how can the administration justify delaying this project?

Does the administration value its democratic donor(s) over putting Americans to work?

Doesn’t the delay in this project increase the possibility of an environmental disaster by rail or semi-tanker spill?

Why are the unions speaking out against the administration at this time?

Solyndra

How many green companies received money from the administration but have since failed?

How much money from those failures has been recovered from the democratic donors that got the funds?

Why is the government investing in companies who have not proven the ability to earn a profit in the open market?

Why has green money gone overseas to help non-American companies?

Why has the government purposely been trying to destroy the coal industry?

Is the government picking up the tab for the higher energy prices that their policies have caused?

What is the measure of human suffering higher gas prices have caused?

Since gas prices have more than doubled because of Obama’s policies what is he doing now to reverse that trend?

What percent of our energy needs is currently being met by fossil fuels?

If the government destroys fossil fuel output do they have an affordable in place technology?

If they don’t have an affordable technology why do they expect the American people to absorb the cost that is putting Americans at financial risk?

Why is the governments control of the energy sector more important than the lives or American citizens?

Does energy ideology supersede people’s welfare?

Hasn’t the failure of these energy companies pointed out the folly of government mandated energy policy?

With no evidence of global warming now for the last 15 years why is the government still pushing that as a reason to bankrupt the American people?

How many laws were violated in handing out green energy contracts?

What prosecutions has the attorney general started against the energy companies that cost the taxpayers billions of dollars?

Who gained from this billion dollar giveaway?

Why has the administration not been held accountable for this?

Where was the congressional over-site on all these failed company investments?

 

 

The Numbers are In

The poor and middle class in the United States is no longer the richest in the world.  Obama’s socialist experiment has failed.  So, if you are struggling paycheck to paycheck as are the majority of working Americans who do you need to blame?   Should you blame the rich people who have been told that they are scum and whose incentive to invest and create opportunity has been destroyed?  Will blaming the rich provide a better job?    Will blaming them open up our economy to more prosperity?

Perhaps we should take a lesson from history.

Jay Carney’s Soviet Union failed under its own weight of poor inefficient government and tyranny.

Most of the population in North Korea is starving.

China has gone back to capitalism.

Communism failed in every Eastern European country.

Why then does Barrack think he is smarter that all those that preceded him.  Pretty arrogant.  As we watch our country become more authoritarian its history mirrors the recent failure of the Venezuelan economy,    All we have to do in order to have great prosperity in this country is to return the Constitution to its original intent.  True freedom brings the most to the most people.  That includes the most security as well as prosperity.  A happy populace looks out for its own welfare.  Events like the one we had last week where 200+ Federal agents were sent to collect taxes from a Nevada rancher are no different than the Romans sending out the tax collectors or the Soviets pushing people off their land.  

If those that swore to uphold the Constitution do not uphold the Constitution or the laws of this land they need to be removed from office.

 

 

Of Stupidity, Powerlessness and Politics

Democracy is failing under the Obama administration.  In spite of this country having more people out of work than in the past 36 years, more people living in poverty than every before, more people on food stamps and dependent on the government than ever before a simple project such as the Keystone Pipeline can’t get approved.

A project that will bring jobs to the heartland of the US can’t get approved because Democratic donors don’t want it.  The Obama administration is more worried about politics than helping Americans get jobs and succeed.

A project that will strengthen our ability to help Western Europe stand up to Russia’s incursions and improve our ability to withstand foreign energy incursions is not approved because National Security is less important than getting money for future campaigns.

This one example, supported by the vast majority of informed Americans can’t get approved because Democratic special interests’ money trumps caring about people.  To our current government, violating peoples privacy, using the IRS illegally, letting our people die in Benghazi and destroying jobs is a higher priority than helping America be a better, more prosperous place.  As part of this process the military capability of our country has also been gutted.  The destruction of our democratic process, the brazen disregard for the safety and security Americans is nothing short of treason.  The failure of the Justice Department to provide documents to Congress even after being held in contempt is also treason. Hiding blatant violations of our Constitution guts our democracy.  Why have a democracy is congress has no power?

The vast majority of Americans want more jobs, better choices in healthcare and insurance, and physical security.  The Obama administration has proven through its actions that it has no interest in any of these things.  Their failure to call the first Fort Hood shooting terrorism, even today, make it clear that they are protecting radical Muslim sentiments over the interests of American citizens.    This all adds up to a purposeful destruction of the US economy, its healthcare system, its military and the welfare of its citizens.   They have done more damage to this economy that the 9/11 terrorists ever did.   I can’t identify why they are purposely destroying the United States.  I will say that those who do so are guilty of treason and should be held accountable for that.

Hyperinflation — Could be already here.

The government is printing money to by its own bonds, falsely propping up the economy and the stock market.  Germany tried this in the 30’s and it resulted in economic collapse and the Nazi’s.  Venezuela tried it recently and they have riots and shortages on basic staples. Go to the grocery, gas station or restaurant and it is clear that prices have gone up.  Some thoughts:

Thanks to Obamacare our cost for health insurance and health services has gone way up.

Thanks to energy policy our cost for gasoline, plastics, and energy related goods have gone up.

Our dollar is already worth less thanks to the government printing money increasing the cost of everything, particularly food.

According to the Drudge Report 86 million people are paying for the benefits of 148 million people.  The government is draining the work capacity of each and every American still working.

Why continue to work, when the fruit of your labor goes to pay for many that could and should be working.  Businesses and farmers complain that they have to hire illegals because there are no Americans to fill the jobs.   Pretty simple, cut off the $40,000 a year of government income going to able bodied individuals and you will have an all American labor force.  Hungry people amazingly find work.  

If the current path continues, Obama and the Democrats will completely destroy our country, its prosperity and the things that made it the best country on earth.  We will no longer be able to help our friends.  We are already having trouble helping ourselves.

STASI — KGB — NSA

     While the Russians are laughing and mocking President Obama because of his complete impotence and inability to prevent their annexing of the Crimea the President continues to employ the NSA to spy on US Citizens and on the phone calls of complete countries.    He disarms the US and wonders why Russia is grabbing land with no concern about repercussions.  While he completely disregards the constitution’s protections against government intrusion he is powerless to stop that intrusion when done by other countries.

   The world’s formerly most stalwart bastion of freedom and protector of freedom around the world has become pitiful, powerless, and inept on the world stage.  We may know about everyone’s phone calls but we can’t stop them from doing anything. We gave the Muslim Brotherhood Egypt and Libya and that backfired.  We are giving Iran the ability to make nuclear bombs.  We pulled out of Afghanistan  and are handing it back to the Taliban who were behind 9/11.

    Thanks to President Obama, who values persecuting conservative groups inside this country more than protecting freedom here or anywhere else, we are a joke.  We are unwilling to use real military power.  We pull back our missile defenses because the Russian ask us to.  We use selected drones but the real bad guys roam free and take over country after country.    With the policies now in effect, it is just a matter of time until more American die because Obama has abdicated his responsibility to protect this country from all threats foreign and domestic.  

    Actually, he should resign since he is the greatest threat this country has ever faced.  

Letter to Jeff Sessions

Senator Sessions,

You can’t keep your group healthcare plan if the premium portion the employee pays goes through the roof. I am a heart patient and because of rate increases I will most likely lose the coverage I am happy with in two weeks. I don’t qualify for subsidies but cant afford more than I am already paying per month for my family. What right does government have in destroying a system that worked for the vast majority of Americans. President Obama lies to the American public and boldly states he will not uphold the laws of the United States, a clear violation of his Oath and not one Congressman or Senator truly works to bring articles of impeachment. The changes in the health insurance market place may kill me sooner than I would die otherwise. Many others have been put in more immediate jeopardy. The effort Congress and the Senate have put toward stopping this carnage is pathetic.

As much as I like so much of what you do, in this area, every member of both houses is responsible.

Super Power No More…. Victims All

On the world stage today we have two super powers, Russia and China. But what of the United States you may ask?  Doesn’t the United States have the strongest military in the world? Yes, it does, on paper, but that does not make the United States a super power. Instead we have become the world’s greatest victim.

We can’t stop mean old Iran from getting a nuclear bomb, our economy has fewer people working now than it has had the last 70 years.  Mean old North Korea has its missiles targeted at us.  Our water is dirty. Our air is unbreathable.  Our industry leaders are greedy and worthless. We have invited terrorists all over the world to blow us up as it is our fault they hate us.  We have reset our relationships with the Arabs, and the Russians and they still want to kill us.  This is Barrack Obama’s America, weak, faithless and indefensible.    Oh, poor us.  We are the cause of the worlds ills and because of that the United States will disarm and be everyone’s victim.  Then our President, the man who should be the most powerful man in the world will apologized for our defending ourselves.

In order to be a true superpower,  we would need a leader who believed in and smartly exercised both the current capability of the military and its deterrent threat. Our President believes in dismantling the military and leaving us open to an increasingly dangerous world. The proof is in his actions. By announcing to our enemies the Taliban just when we were leaving Afghanistan Barrack Obama removed any capability of a deterrent threat and gutted any possible current commitments.  At that point he telegraphed to the world that he would not stick by his friends if it involved using military force. He announced to the world and to every terrorist that they had won. He has gone on to propose cuts to the military that would leave this country naked in the event of aggression. China and Russia have both proven they are capable of that aggression.

We would need a leader that was clearly capable of applying our economic strengths toward removing potential threats. Already with Iran he has shown that he is not willing to use sanctions to prevent them from getting a nuclear bomb. In the Ukraine he is offering an economic incentives to stave off a military coup.   The net result of that will be to just give resources to the Russians, a reward for their putting in their own puppet government.  His gutting of our capitalist economy has also dramatically weakened our standing in the world. His out of control debt has weakened the dollar to the point that Russia laughs at the thought of our applying economic pressure.
To be a super power, you have to understand how the world works. If you won’t admit that there are those bent on destroying you and that they are evil you will never confront them for what they are. Putin wants to reassemble Russia into the USSR and he is on his way. China is eyeing Japan with increasing hunger.  When we had significant advantages in arms and we were clearly willing to launch nuclear weapons in order to defend Western Europe, Russia saw strength. China feared invading Japan.  Now Putin sees Obama for what he is, a coward, willing to give away whole countries rather than to fight for freedom.  China does not believe that Obama would honor our alliance with Japan.
The net result is that the United States is a has been. What might it has is squandered in the ideological pulp of the Obama administration. Our enemies are looking to carve us up and the policies of this administration will not stop them. Instead of putting his effort into spying on the Tea Party and investigating 350 million Americans perhaps Obama should start defending this country’s interests. It is too late to save the Ukraine and Crimea, Syria, Libya, and Egypt. Russia has those marbles. Maybe we can save ourselves, Japan and Western Europe, but not on the current course Obama is taking us on.

Perhaps the media, instead of quoting today’s administration propaganda could get on board and point out the truth of what is occurring in the world.  When Russia knocks on their door it will be too late.

We are In Danger = Moving Toward the Destruction of Israel

     This week President Obama is pressuring Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to embrace the American Framework for Mideast Peace. Even as Obama and Secretary of State Kerry pressure Mr. Netanyahu to accept the agreement, one of the agreement’s core tenets, recognition of Israel as a state by the Palestinians will never happen according to Palestinian leader Abbas. So Obama wants Israel to accept its framework and to recognize a Palestinian state without any reciprocal steps by the Palestinians. Essentially, this is the same game Obama has played since he got in office. It is a game of trying to paint Israel as the bad guy while bolstering the Israel’s enemies.

    In my heart of hearts I believe Obama and many of his supporters want the destruction of the Jewish state. The attempt of the administration to isolate Israel in the UN and in international affairs can be clearly seen in the failure of the administration to stop 22 UN resolutions condemning Israel. As a security council member the US had that ability. The American media, often taking its lead from the Obama administration ignores the rockets fired into Israel while they point out how terrible it is when Israel defends itself.

    Perhaps the greatest indictment of the Obama Administration’s view of Israel is its failure to reign in Iran’s nuclear program. A country and regime that has specifically vowed to wipe Israel off the map is allowed to continue to develop nuclear weapons. Iran has even said publicly that it will ignore the agreement its made. Nevertheless, the President lifted the sanctions on Iran and is proceeding as if he did anything other than try and sign Israel’s death certificate.

      So, what can be done now? I would start by calling your Congressman and Senator and asking that sanctions be placed back on Iran. These need to be complete, total and now. If you voted for Obama you as many others were fooled, but unless you put pressure on our senators and congress people, your vote has contributed to the potential destruction of Israel. The administration and the democratic powers have been building up a huge anti-Israeli lobby in this country. That trend has to be stopped.

If Israel does not exist? Who will represent democracy in the middle east? How much additional terrorism do you think we will experience here? How much increased  antisemitism do you think we will experience. Making sure NEVER AGAIN happens is the responsibility of every person with a Jewish Heritage, and the responsibility of of all people with a conscience. With the rise of anti-antisemitism in Europe, the anti-Israeli movement in the US and the policies of the Obama Administration, Israel is in more danger than since its founding. Will American Jews stand up? Will Christians and those with conscience stand up?
