Iran Has the Bomb

Did that get your attention?  How close are they?  According to Israel they will have a working nuclear bomb in months or less. So what will happen then?   Will they try to use it on Israel as they have promised?  Will they try to use it on us?. While we are busy bombing the desert sands of Iraq and Syria, Iran is not stopping its development of weapons of mass destruction.  While we are concerned with climate change and Ebola in far off lands we still have open and free borders.

When will we as a people quit being led around by news cycle liberal nose rings?  ABC says to focus on ISIS and we forget the open border and the terrorists streaming across into this country.  NBC tells us global warming is going to kill us all  although the models themselves were proven to have been manipulated.  Even though this year shows more Antarctic ice than ever before in history, and even though there has been no increase in average global temperatures over the last 20 years NBC still tells us that it is a crisis.  The American sheep lap it up like starving dogs in the butcher house.

CBS says that there is a war on women because the government won’t pay for their birth control, while real women across the world are beaten, sold as slaves and imprisoned as property under Sharia law.  Yet, the polls move as if this fictional war on women was real.

When are we going to stop listening to the propaganda machine?  We are following the holier than thou media into a life far less prosperous and free.  We should stop buying from their advertisers and start pushing them to tell the truth about what matters, rather than tell us lies about what does not.

How to Win A War

George Bush the elder knew how to fight a war.  He gave Saddam a deadline and while waiting for the deadline he prepared.  Soon after the deadline he started the bombing campaign.  It was 30 days of intense bombing that removed almost every Iraqi command and control facility and fully demoralized the Iraqi army.  Then in a 3 day blitz he defeated Saddam’s forces with almost no loss of American life.  Kuwait was again free.

Obama’s approach is to invest as few of our own people as possible and to only commit us part way.   When Bush the younger did not commit sufficient forces we lost far more lives and were losing the second Iraq war.    That is why the surge changed the balance.  It is like anything in life, partial commitment means failure.    Obama is the king of partial commitment.    Unfortunately, when its the commander- in-chief partial commitment means dead Americans.

Whether fighting ISIS now or not is a good idea, fighting them with no commitment is definitely a bad idea.  Once again the President shows his disdain for America, its soldiers, and its way of life.  If he would just seal the borders, that would do more to protect us that anything he is doing abroad.

America Divided Will Fall

Our government, the democratic party, and it’s support apparatus , the media, has spent much of the last 6 years demonizing conservatives and anyone they disagree with as racist.  If they can’t be called racist, they are called haters.  They are accused of being haters of women, haters of the poor, haters of gay people and haters of the disabled.  The advancement of minorities into the middle class has been stopped in its tracks.  Some observations:

Minorities that came here 100 years ago did better with each generation.  They all faced discrimination at some point.  Then they became part of the overall population.  They became Americans.  They were helped by family until they got on their feet, not kept off their feet by handouts they did not earn.

Those minorities wanted to be part of the American dream,  not minority-name Americans.  

Today unemployment is higher among minorities and more people are living under the poverty line than ever before, yet the government is demonizing the same people responsible for hiring.  Given the choice would any employer want to hire a hate filled, chip on the shoulder minority. Nevertheless, the message to minorities is that everyone hates them.  The truth is that it becomes the minorities that    hate the very people that could help them.

People receiving food stamps are at an all time high, but government makes hiring new employees more and more expensive.

The government produces nothing but drains investment from business causing less jobs.

Still the focus is on creating a divide where people who legitimately want to improve the lives of everyone through the creation of opportunity are actively prevented from doing so.  Government appears to be actively trying to fail our county by creating a class based society.  They are making the poor and needy, poorer and filled with hate.

The true haters are the ones creating the hate.  Even in the south I have seen the few bigots I have met ostracized and corrected by the majority.  That was common 30 years ago.  Today much fewer true haters exist.  The creation of the hate divide will increase their numbers because hate breeds hate.  The longer the haters stay in office the worse off we will all be.
